Hot Water Heater Leak

This home suffered a major HWH leak that led to extensive damage and growth problems. Because the homeowners were away when this happened, there was plenty of time for secondary damage to occur after the initial loss. Hardwood flooring buckled throughout the entire home. After a thorough inspection, the SERVPRO team identified all areas of damage and received a report from an Industrial hygienist outlining proper protocol for work on the property. We removed a large amount of heavily damaged wood flooring and carpeting. We also ran drying equipment and air scrubbers. This was an extreme situation and the customer was thankful for our knowledgeable staff.
