Mold and Insulation Removal

SERVPRO of Sussex County specializes in working with commercial property owners to handle a wide range of restoration and sanitation needs. This commercial property was discovered to have condensation between plywood construction and insulation. The moist environment resulted in extensive microbial growth. We investigated the source of the moisture and identified all areas of growth. After informing the owner of the property, our team got to work. We removed all of the affected insulation and treated hard surfaces to prevent future growth. Afterwards, we performed a complete cleaning of site and followed up with the customer. The customer was very happy with our work.
