Water Soaked Hotel

A recent water emergency caused by a faulty HVAC unit created quite a challenge for our team. Numerous rooms had been affected by a supply line leak during the busiest period of the vacation season. Our crew faced the challenge of performing effective work while being mindful of hundreds of people moving in and out of the building during the day. The first photo shows one of many rooms affected. Our customer was very concerned about being able to get rooms back on the market as soon as possible. In the second photo, you can see the room has been fully restored to livable condition.
